A new house with guest apartment, for a couple. In addition to a gym area a winter garden is to be created as an all year exterior space.

Solution
This building will contain several utility areas, on the one hand guest rooms and a gym area and on the other hand the private living area. The connecting element is a double story hall, containing a study-gallery and the staircase. With the fašade opened up

it provides space for a sun protected sitting area in summer and a warm, fully glazed room during winter. A spa next to the gym area contains a small indoor pool. Directed and generous windows allow the surrounding, impressive mountains be part of daily living.

standard requirements. The fixtures and joinery-fittings will be of a high quality but without cost-intensive materials. The building is thermally insulated and naturally ventilated, which creates a low cost air-conditioning of the building. The required power and hot water will be covered by photovoltaic and solar thermal elements on the roof.
